Exactly. Well, mockery is always the Devil’s game, and he enjoyed doing that. When people would make themselves into his enemy, he would often have a lot of fun mocking them. He used to send us faxes with some really funny things on them. He’d make cartoons of people that were really devastating, and he’d give them crazy titles. This thing would come through the fax machine: “What the hell is this?” It would be something like that. It was just him, sitting around a little pissed off at somebody, so he’d scribble something out. He did that for years. That was one of his ways of working off his annoyance with people. That would make him feel much better. He had captured and dealt with them in a way that was appropriate. He felt that there would be a lot of people who had opinions about him, and they’d be people that he didn’t care about and that his life didn’t really impact, and he’d always feel like, “Why the hell are they focusing on me? What is bringing this on? I don’t have anything to do with them, I don’t care about them, why are they trying to rain on my parade in some way or another?” So he would release his frustrations and annoyance of them through this kind of humorist sensibility.
